Y'all have outdone your s/northern selves. I introduced pierogi to a group on NYE and they loved it. Thanks to your team for bringing this Polish treat with a twist to Charlotte.


Bring water to a boil, add your Southern Pierogi, stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes, drain and eat. A super simple way to have an awesome side dish with tonights dinner!

These aren't your mother's pierogies! These delicious dumplings are filled with flavor. With a variety of options like pimento and cheese to chocolate truffle, you're sure to find one that will have your mouth watering for more


deep fried:

Why not?! Bring your preferred frying oil up to 350-375 degrees, CAREFULLY drop in your Southern Pierogi one at a time so they don't stick together, and fry for 3-4 minutes. Let cool before eating!

Cooking Southern Pierogi


First boil your southern pierogi, drain, then place in a pan with melted butter or olive oil and sauté until golden brown on each side. This is our preferred way to cook and eat pierogi!
